Hi there. We are having great luck with the starter. Day 1 had good growth. Day 2 was like a rocket ship. It had nice bubbles, and was a shaggy web of gluten strings. Day 3 was today. We did the first feed, and now, after 3 hours we have no growth, and it is very tangy.

Out kitchen is cold, and we have it on a seed sprouting mat - so it is in the 70 degree range. Did we move it along too fast? We worried b/c it is growing much more slowly than yesterday - like not at all after 3 hours.
