Hi - I am on day 10. I didn't see any increase in volume (aside from the initial on day 2) until day 9 where I've had maybe 1 finger's width above my rubber band marker, same this morning for day 10. More and finer bubbles began around day 5. I am pretty consistently keeping it in the oven with the light on to avoid the daily fluctuations of my home temperature. Have noticed that the smell seems to be very deliciously sourdough-y the last two days or so. Should I just keep plugging away with the KA AP flour feedings?
