Hi there! It’s been over 100 degrees here, and I tried to start my starter. By day two it was very bubbly, much larger, and already smelled of yeast. I’m wondering if I should follow the days still, or maybe because of the temperature if I need to be feeding it more often then every 24 hours? Also, there was a dried layer on the top, I just removed it, is that ok?
