Momo, if your starter lives in the fridge, it only needs to be fed weekly after it's gotten well-established. The "Maintain" section of our Sourdough Baking Guide will give you more details about how to keep your starter in the fridge, and when to bring it out and feed it when you're getting ready to use it.
