I am in the process of make a starter. I'm on day 13 and while there is some bubbling there is no doubling in size. Not even close. There has never been the kind of active bubbling that is shown in the KAF pictures. The temp here in the house is about 75˚ F during the day but at night it is dropping below 60˚ F. I've been keeping it in the oven (over is not on) just to try to keep it in a somewhat warmer environment. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
