When is the point where you have been consistently following the feedings, read helpful hints in the comments such as doing a feeding with the whole wheat flour (and saw great results initially) but when continuing feedings with the all purpose it doesn’t thrive, do you say hm? Maybe my kitchen doesn’t have the wild yeasts and environment to get to be a strong starter and I should just buy it? Its been on my bucket list to make my own starter and I’ve been working on it but not doing so great for a couple weeks 🤔
