I’ve been feeding my starter regularly for 8 days and today I woke up to starter all over my kitchen table. I believe it’s ready! Enough left to make my first basic loaf and remainder fed to make another tomorrow. I’ve made apple spice cake and banana bread with discarded starter and both were delicious. Thank you for teaching me something new, once again!
