Hi, Kim. If you have any, try giving your starter a feeding of whole wheat flour or rye flour to give it an extra boost. If you have any concerns or questions, check out our blog article on exactly what it takes to truly kill a sourdough starter. Trust us, it is really hard to actually kill it and need to start over, so yours should be just fine! Annabelle@KAF
