Hello, I've been working on my starter for about 3 weeks now. It's bubbly and has a slight sour smell but doesn't ride at all. I keep it on a heating pad because we keep the house around 69*. Following the amount of flour\water ratio I'm not sure why I can't get a rise. Thank you your thoughts.
