Hi Pam, next time you're ready to feed your starter, give it more flour or water than what you've been using in the past; you can exceed the standard 4 ounces feeding as long as you're using equal amounts of flour and water (by weight). Discard all but 4 ounces of your starter, but add back in 8 ounces of flour (about 2 scant cups) and 8 ounces of water (1 cup). Let the starter get bubbly and ripe, and then you can repeat this process, discarding about 4 ounces of starter. This will help increase the volume of starter until you have what you need.
