Keep going, Larry! Lots of bubbles and a layer of liquid is a sign that you've successfully captured wild yeast in your starter and it's working hard to grow stronger each day. Just be sure you're using the right amounts of starter, flour, and water (4 ounces of each) for best results. Keep up with twice daily feedings, and consider using a bit of whole wheat flour to help kick-start the activity. Good luck! Kye@KAF
