Hi! I'm on day 6 of twice a day feedings, and my starter isn't showing much activity at all. It will have maybe seven pea-sized bubbles on top, but otherwise it's not rising and mostly still smells like flour mixed with water. Do the few bubbles on top still count as activity, or is it time to call it quits on this one and start over?
