I started my sourdough starter 5 days ago and been following the recipe to a T. Day 4 and 5 it is very stringy and stretchy and hardly any bubbles, even tho Day 2 and 3 gave lots of bubbles. Is this normal? Should I keep on doing the 2-a-day feedings? And when will I know it's ready to bake a loaf of bread? Thanks for your help...love this site :)
