For the 1st 6 days I saw bubbles rising and the flavor was sour- but it did not rise (increase in volumn at all). I decided since my kitchen is cool to use a heating pad as someone suggested. Now a few days later (I have fed twice a day) I have a lot of volume increase but the flavor is not as sour. Is it possible that I have an imbalance as suggested in an earlier post? "If, after time, your starter starts to lose its acidity, your yeast culture has finally outcompeted your lactobacillus." or will the sour flavor come back? Robin
