I'm only on day 2. The starter is in a jar under a lamp I use for plants and also for silkscreening. Instead of throwing away 1/2 of day one I rolled it into a ball, flattened it and cooked it in butter, topping it with butternut squash and asiago cheese. I wish I could post a photo... But I will be eating sourdough breakfast/pizzas from now until the process is done. Delicious!
