this recipe looks great... I cant wait to try it out... but I cant help but wonder, what would happen if you didn't start out with whole wheat flour?... what if you used all purpose flour from beginning to end...? also, is there something specific about king Arthur flour that makes it work...? or would it be possible to use any regular brand of flour?
