Christel Haenel September 23, 2015 at 5:33pm Can I make this Sour dough using King Arthur Rye Flour only( no wheat)? I like to make German Rye Bread with 50% Rye and 50% white King Arthur Flour. is this sour dough strong enough to make a 3 pound loaf ? Reply
