I tried to find the answer, but a quick question. In the recipes that called for unfed starter, does that mean the starter from the very first time that you discarded the dough or does it mean after the week, but you didn't feed it that day before you used it but it was previously fed? Thanks for these thorough instructions and for patiently answering so many people's questions! Look forward to trying it!
