Hello! Very good recipe, i want to start doing it, i have a question, after you have an active starter, and you save it in the fridge, how do yo proceed reusing it?, and how do you take care of it? so it wont die, how long can it be in the fridge without feeeding? or should be fed at least once a day? And what´s the right proportion to use for 2 pounds of flour? (or a kilogram) And at last, do you add yeast to the sourdough bread, or just the starter?
