Hello. My old starter stopped reacting to feedings. I normally store it in the refrigerator except while feeding/proofing. Could it be possible that my house is too warm? It is normally 85F in here. I'm still trying to revive it, so we'll see how it goes. In an attempt to start another starter, I mixed 4oz flour and 4oz water, per your directions, about 20 hours ago. It has doubled in size already! I haven't fed it yet. I'm wondering if I did something wrong here... Thanks!
