Hi, PJ,
After retirement 2 years ago, I started baking bread and am loving it, but have not ventured into sourdoughs yet. The main reason is that I bake bread only once a month and keeping a starter going for such infrequent baking doesn't make sense to me. Is there a way to make a decent sourdough starter in a small quantity (for 2 loaves) for each time I bake?
