Hi, I started to make sourdough by using 1:1 method 5 days ago. I mixed 50gr of all-purpose flour with 50gr of water. I always threw around 3 tbsp of the starter before I fed it and leave it for 24 hours. On the 5th day, I was planning to feed it twice a day (12 hours time) but this morning when I fed it once, it didn't double up in volume after several hours and I could barely saw bubbles. Is there anything wrong with my starter?
