My starter is on its 10th day and I must admit I neglected to feed it at all one day and the 2/day only a few of the days... my bad! However, in the last days there are no bubbles, only the slightly yellow/gold liquid on top (I assume that's the alcohol/fermentation you refer to). Is this starter still viable and I should just wait or is it a failure? Would adding a bit of your instant yeast help? THANKS!
