Thank you so much for these detailed instructions! What happens if you add too much water or flour? Will it fail to work or take longer or something else? My day 3 starter separated into a liquid on the bottom and doughy stuff on top. I mixed them together before feeding. Is that okay? I can't see the side of your container in the photos.
