You are on the right track- tenacity is the first rule of sourdough. Keep your heating pad at 74-78. If your current batch isn't doubling, you may try feeding it twice a day for a few days to get the yeast in a pattern of growth. Please call the Baker's Hotline at 1-855-371-2253 for more help.
