Just a quick note of thanks and appreciation. I tried several other recipes and websites.. no luck even getting a sister starter to start. I followed you recipe and advise, bingo I have a really great starter going harder on day two than any other in a week. It was the whole grain flour from what I can I tell. Only little glitch was I weighed the water and flour and it was too thick.. I just added more water. Thank you and keep up the good work!
