Hello again....Finally! I find I may have 35 seconds to get this sourdough starter started!
I was wondering..in the past I have always fed my dough 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar. For the last couple of years I notice no-one is feeding any sugar? Any ideas on way that might be. Have we been sweetening the wheat fields where the flour grows? ;) , ;)
