Yes! Feed the starter that remains and refrigerate. You can take the starter out of the fridge and feed it the night before you want to bake OR feed once in the morning and once in the evening the day before you use the starter to bake. Tap water that's been left at room temp overnight is fine for sourdough. Happy Baking! Irene@KAF
