Hi there! I'm on my second sourdough starter and things are going well (on day 4 right now!). Days 1 and 2 I saw doubling and was super excited, when I started the two a day feedings the doubling stopped. Additionally, the consistency of my starter now on day 4 is soupy/pancake batter loose? I think it looks close to the pictures but I'm just not sure if the texture is right! There's liquid forming on the top, it has a pretty good aroma, and I see moderate bubbleage. I keep it in a consistently 72 degree spot. Please and thank you!
