Hello again. I ended up starting mine with KAWW flour. I was so excited to see bubbles after the 1st day that when I fed for the 2nd day I used the same flour again. Should I put in the fridge and then deed tomorrow, day 3 with KA AP flour? And one more question, when I get down to baking my SD bread, is it best to just us AP flour rather than bread flour? I'm getting the sense that bread flour is really best for bread machines. thanks!
