It sounds like your sourdough starter is progressing exactly as it should. This might be a good point to switch to the unbleached all purpose flour as your regular feeding flour. You can always feed whole wheat flour to convert your starter if you need it for a recipe, but the all purpose works best for maintaining your starter. Yes, your calculations are correct.
