I put together my first starter last night, and when I woke up this morning, just fourteen hours later, it had already doubled in size and was getting ready to crawl out of the mason jar I chose! I suppose this is a good sign, and obviously I'll need to put it in a bigger jar. My question is this: If it's doing so well already, should I start feeding it twice a day already, or stick to the original plan of feeding it every twenty-four hours until Day Three? Thanks.
