Just a note: one cup of rye flour and a half cup of water = cookie dough. Might have been an idea to have someone with no cooking skill to try out the initial recipe first. I didn't check all of the replies, but from what I did scan, it seems odd that nobody else noticed the problem. So, I'm guessing that all additions are in a 1:1 flour to water ratio by measuring cup?
