I was very excited to find this Zojirushi Bread Machine recipe for sourdough..... I loaded everything into my machine #BBCC-V20 and found that I cannot set my rise timers past 2 hours...... so I'm setting all three rises for 2 hours..... not sure how this will turn out. Has anyone else had this problem? Don't know what I'll wake up to in the morning. Sourdough is so very forgiving, I'm sure those three 2-hour rises will give you excellent results.
