PJ: I am so excited to see this bread. My Italian grandmother used to make an Easter bread like this. I have tried and tried but could not replicate. Guess who will be making bread this weekend. Wow! How cool is this. Brings back memories of my childhood. You are right it did not oose cheese and it was dry. That is what makes toast so great! Thanks!
