PJ, Can you make this in a bread machine on the dough cycle? Mine's arriving any day now. Yay! Yes, you sure may. You can add the cheese once the machine beeps towards the end of the kneading cycle. You may allow it to rise in the machine or remove and allow to rise in a greased bowl of your choice. Enjoy your machine! Elisabeth
