Glaze - 2 Tbs Amaretto, 1/4 cup apple juice, 1/3 cup white sugar, 2 Tbs butter. Heat small sauce pan, boil Amaretto for a minute or two. Add apple juice and bring to boil, add sugar - swirl and boil for a few minutes. Add butter, turn off heat, swirl until melted. Yum!
