Maria, While this recipe can be doubled, a single batch would fill a 9" by 13" pan. You could try increasing the recipe by 1.5x and putting it in a 9" by 13" pan, but it will likely be very full so be sure to put a cookie sheet underneath the pan to catch any overflow. If you would like to double or triple the recipe, consider using a deep roasting pan (14" by 10 1/2" by 2 1/2" would be ideal.) Whatever dish or dishes you end up using, be sure not to fill them more than 2/3 of the way before letting the batter rest and rise. The internal temperature of the babka should reach at least 195F°F when it has finished baking (larger dishes will require more baking time). Kye@KAF
