I would call myself an experienced baker and I am 100% Polish, meaning I speak it it everyday of my life. I read alot of the comments that this isn't traditional, well Babkas come in many different shapes and flavors. I followed this recipe to a T and I have to say I am not very impressed with the Babka. My Father made this too the day before me and no body wanted to eat this Babka at either household. The Babka was flavorless and super dry. Thank goodness I made a different Babka for Easter.
