I am looking forward to trying out this Babka recipe for Easter. I grew up eating Babka on Easter Sunday every year, although I am not of Polish, Russian or Czech descent. It seems that many different ethnic recipes were shared via my maternal grandmother's sisters-in-law so we have had the opportunity to try many ethnic recipes. I now live in the cold Northeastern U.S. where many ethnic foods are not available so this will remind me of home. I am a novice baker, and hope that I can make this recipe and do it justice.
