If I wanted to make these in mini-muffin tins, how long should I cook them for? Should I adjust the oven temp at all? Thanks! Rebecca, I haven't tried these as mini cupcakes, but I'd guess you'd keep the temperature the same, and start checking them at 15 minutes or so - time will depend on just how "mini" the cupcakes are.
