PJ, please never apologize for your "imperfect" attitude. It was reading your blog posts with this attitude that gave me the courage to start baking when I retired. I'm just intimidated by the perfection I see in some pictures of baked goods. In fact, I'm looking forward to the yearly April 1 blog post on the spectacular failures in the KAF kitchen.
