Maybe using flavored coffee instead of the liqueur or coffee creamer would also work, tho I would make it a extra strong brew. I did try one batch with the Irish Cream flavored coffee. I didn't notice a big difference in flavor, but the cupcakes were still as tasty. ~ MaryJane
