Looks wonderful. Any ideas for going gluten-free on this? I'm new to gf baking. Can I just sub in kaf gf all-purpose flour, add a tsp of xanthum gum and proceed as per the recipe??? thx! Nope, it takes more than GF flour blend and xanthan gum to transform a recipe. But you can totally make cupcakes from our Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake recipe and go from there with the frosting and filling. Enjoy! PJH
