What does Irish Cream liqueur taste like? I've never tried it but always wondered about it. It sounds elegant, but I generally don't care for the rum or brandy flavors in baked goods. Irish Cream is a combination of whiskey, cream and coffee flavors. It is more mellow than rum or brandy. If you like drinks like Mudslides or White Russians, you'll probably like Irish Cream. You can find it in little tiny bottles by the checkout counter at the liquor store, if you want to give it a try before investing in a larger bottle.
