Joe, you can bake this recipe in a 9" by 5" loaf pan at 375 degrees F for about 40-50 minutes. You'll want to test for doneness by inserting the toothpick into the center of the loaf; it should come out clean when it has finished baking. Tent the loaf with foil it's browning too quickly.
