Hmmm. Whole wheat flecked with bran. I have whole wheat flour and wheat bran - could I improvise some Irish flour? Wholemeal flour is a coarse soft red winter wheat grind. You could mix in some cake or pastry flour with your whole wheat flour for this recipe. ~Amy
