Hi Eileen! While it certainly is possible to incorporate some oat flour into a scone recipe, you won't want to make 100% swap here. We would recommend replacing 25% to 50% of the flour called for in your recipe with Oat Flour. If the dough/batter seems a bit too dry, you can add an extra tablespoon or two of liquid to achieve the proper consistency. Happy Baking!
