Thank you for the recipe! It's so delicious and I've been craving for a good scone since forever!!
Am also doing test run on different AP brand and shaping of the sone, just wondering should the inside of the scone be a bit denser or bread-like (using Japanese flour)? I tried US brand on my first trial and found it too crumbly..
