your recipe for scones ask for all purpose flour. I believe cake flour (for it lightness) and all purpose flour is ingredients . I beg to differ the batter bag ordered from KAF is better than the recipe listed here. Why don't you include what is in the scones recipe. Please help and or adlib the recipe. I am a beginner and I'm not trying for perfection but better taste? (shoulder shrug). I would rather do at home and not keep ordering pre made batter to get the taste wanted.
